Bus Switch support

A puzzle problem, a missing reward or an advertisement you want to report? Send us the details.

What to include

Tell us the level number, what you tapped and what happened. Add the app version and build shown in Help & Support. A screenshot can help; avoid including passwords, payment information or unrelated personal details.

To report an ad, include the advertised app or product and the approximate time if you remember. You do not need to open or tap the ad again.

Find help inside the game

Open Pause → Help & support, or Main menu → Settings → Help & support. You can write a support email, report an ad, or preview an optional aggregate beta-report before choosing whether to share it.

Turning circles and matching passengers

Tap a bus with a clear exit to send it. Swipe either way across a circle to rotate its buses. The next-group ticket counts consecutive passengers of the same colour at the front of the queue. Open Queue to see the remaining order.

Undo, hints and an extra bay

Each level attempt includes one free bus Undo. It reverses the latest bus departure and its boarding effects while keeping your circle turns. Further bus Undos require an earned rewarded-ad completion. Hints have a free allowance with optional rewarded help afterwards.

Tapping the highlighted locked bay offers an optional rewarded ad for one extra bay for the current attempt. A reward is granted only when the ad service confirms it was earned. Ad availability and length vary. Restart is always free, including when an ad cannot load. Restarting or starting another level begins a fresh attempt.

Your progress and personal best

Completed levels earn one, two or three stars based on the solution's move count. The completion screen shows your result and personal best. A worse replay does not reduce your saved best. Progress is stored on your device; deleting the app and its data can remove it.

Where offered, open Settings → Privacy choices to revisit Google's advertising choices. Read the privacy policy for details about local saves, voluntary reports and advertising services.
